Texas Telehealth Therapy Fees

Radical Expressive Therapies has contracted with the Dallas Therapy Associates to provide therapy services in Texas.

Are you in Texas and interested in receiving specialized, evidence-based, relational, interactive, expressive arts therapy from a licensed and board-certified therapist?

Whether for neurodivergences (Autism, ADHD, OCD, etc.), depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other mental health needs, review the following information about fees and how to get started.

Ready to get started?

  • $200 individual sessions / $250 couples sessions, available if you're uninsured or choose not to use in-network benefits.

    This rate means full focus on your care — no insurance limits on session length, frequency, or treatment approach.

  • I'm a fully engaged, collaborative therapist. Here's what that looks like:

    • I match your pace, including deep dives into hard topics, while keeping us anchored to your goals

    • I'll ask difficult questions and offer challenge when helpful, always with your consent

    • Sessions end when you're ready, not when the clock runs out

    • Your notes are detailed, HIPAA-encrypted, and can't be subpoenaed

    • After sessions, I send optional resources, homework, and expressive-arts prompts — no pressure to use them

    • I write accommodation letters and gender-affirming care letters, and collaborate with your other providers when needed (with a signed release)

    • I'm connected to a free ukulele donation program if you're interested in learning music

  • If your plan isn't listed above, you can still use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. On request, I'll provide documentation you submit directly to your insurer — your plan can confirm your specific reimbursement rate.
